## Nobody knows how your systems connect.

Over the years, systems get added and linked to one another until everything connects to everything, and nobody ever drew it. We start by mapping what you have: which systems exist and where they connect. You end up with one map of your systems, with every connection accounted for and each one there on purpose.

## You're buying new software, and nobody has asked where it fits.

New software often arrives with no plan for how it will connect to everything else you run. We design those connections before anyone installs it. The new system then joins yours at the right point and reaches only what it should.

## Your data is kept in five places, and nobody knows which copy is right.

When the same data lives in five places, people end up working from different versions of it. We work out where each kind of data should live and which systems may reach it. Every store is then connected on purpose, and you know where your data goes.

When a vendor looks after part of your systems, each side can easily assume the other is responsible for the gap in between. We draw the boundary and the handover point, and we put both on the map. You and the vendor then know exactly where each of your responsibilities begins and ends.
